CloudFlare says domain not registered

#1

I’ve tried to add a website to CloudFlare but it is saying Domain not registered. The domain is indeed registered sjcpos.edu.tt

Can I manually add the name servers under the DNS option on my account and let web hosting provider change the name servers to cloud flare name servers?

Please advise on a solution to this problem.

Thank you.

edu.tt seems to be restricted.

Without passing the fist step, you can’t add the domain. You can open a support via email: support AT cloudflare DOT com

Ok but will I be able to acquire support for that domain? It’s an educational website.

I don’t see why not. If you can add it to Cloudflare, it will behave like any other similarly configured website.

I think it may be the webhost, I’ve tried adding other schools with edu.tt and cloudflare seems to get through the setup fine, when I was also at another web host I was able to add the same website fine as well.
