Cloudflare rules not working

My cloudflare rules don’t work.
I have setup a cloudflare account with Kajabi.
Although I see traffic coming via cloudflare (based on traffic charts in cloudflare account),
but rules/url forwarding in cloudflare doesn’t work.
Is there a way to troubleshoot this or correct hits?

Since the account is set up through Kajabi, have you asked them? They might control which settings you use.

If you need more assistance, please post an unedited screenshot of your Page Rules.

Yes I asked Kajabi, they said to contact Cloudflare support.
I tried different rules to make sure it’s not because of a problem in rule, finally I tought I created a very simple rule that we thought (together with Kajabi support) should always work:

Forwarding URL (Status Code: 302 - Temporary Redirect, Url: https://www.thegrove.com/about/us)

Here is the screenshot of the rules

Is the DNS record for ‘www’ set to :orange: Proxied?

And at the bottom of your DNS page here, are the two name servers Teresa and Thaddeus?

I am also having a problem with MX records in Cloudflare, needed for kajabi custom domain setup which may or may not be related to this problem.
It requires DNS settings with Cloudflare to support additional outgoing email servers operated by Kajabi. But don’t settings I created on Cloudflare don’t seem to be effective. For example, I added this MX records in Cloudflare:

MX kjbm mxb.mailgun.org

20 Auto DNS only Edit

MX kjbm mxa.mailgun.org

10 Auto DNS only Edit

But when I query these using dig, they don’t show (this is after I modified the records more than 3 days ago).
dig MX thegrove.com

;dig MX thegrove.com

Yes and yes.

Something is interfering with the execution of that Page Rule. Please open a ticket (support AT cloudflare DOT com) and post the ticket # here.

I did open a ticket a few days ago:
