I had auto renew disabled and cloudflare renewed it anyway

I have just been told that this ticket number isn’t an active ticket. Is it definitely the right one? If it is please email
[email protected] from the email on your account about it and post the ticket number from the autoresponse.

I see the ticket is being worked on and latest reply was sent from Cloudflare TSE. Hopefully this might have been resolved for now.
It would be useful if the time the auto-renew toggle was last modified.
