I imagine “global_wave”:0 is the current wave they have set.

Wave 1, when can I start?

I am wave 1, supposedly gaining entry to the Registrar service in mid-October, but have not heard anything yet. I ask because I have a lot of domains coming up for renewal soon that I was hoping to transfer to you. I would appreciate it if you could give me some idea of what the current timeline is.
