But if you look at the form’s fields, “Confirm the Domain Name” seems out of place. That’s because you’re not to use the subdomain itself directly. The full URL you see in WHOIS/RDAP lookups has the specific domain at the end, eg https://domaincontact.cloudflareregistrar.com/cloudflare.com
Out of curiosity, what domain name are you trying to contact?
I tried to contact my own domain name after seeing the link in WHOIS. I was/am also just curious about that.
It works at my end.

So who did you end up contacting?
The domain owner, Cloudflare or both?
Initially, I tried it just as it is written in WHOIS but that did not work. Not using a domain as path for https://domaincontact.cloudflareregistrar.com/ did not change anything.
I could not find any info about this site, hence my curiosity of its purpose.
Note that this, by itself, doesn’t reveal any information about the domain.
It merely forwards the message to the registrant email address for the domain. It’s up to the domain’s owner whether to respond or not. Below is an example message:
Alright, thank you for those infos!
I wonder why it did not work for me?
I will troubleshoot this further sometime in the future.
It feels suspicious and not trustworthy to own a domain that cannot be contacted via the registrar’s form.
