Hi Support,

The following page has been blocked and i have no idea on this what to do.

Why have I been blocked?

This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.

What can I do to resolve this?

You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the Cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of this page.

This is not support it’s just the community forum, that website has likely blocked your IP address and you will need to contact the site owners to resolve it

Then this sounds like it’s related to your site’s Firewall security level

Navigate to Firewall -> Settings (top right) -> Security Level

You could try setting it to something lower, or you could make a different Firewall rule to allow everything from your IP address

You might also consider adding your home IP address to the Allow List in Firewall -> Tools. Some WAF rules are great at blocking bad user behavior, but interfere with legitimate administrative tasks.

The request was blocked because it triggered the WAF rule listed in the event. If you believe it is a false positive you can disable the rule or create a rule for the IP in question to bypass.
