Cloudflare proxy using php 7.4.33

Hi I run a nessus scan and says that my site uses php not supported but i am used php 8.2 I confirmed it with nmap php detection script

Is there any form to change that?

Whatever returned the PHP header is still using 7.4. You might have an application still running on it. That header does not come from Cloudflare.

i also check and getting the same. using php 8.2.1 also
