Cloudflare proxy not working over Wi-Fi

I have a lot of websites served through Cloudflare.
However, one of them is not working for some reason.

vladkvaskov.com is not working when you use Wi-Fi. It works only if you use mobile Internet(3G, LTE, 4G, etc).
This occurs only when in the DNS, I turn proxy on by making clouds orange. When the clouds are gray, everything works fine. Also, when they are orange and I use Wi-Fi, the page does not load and it says

This site can’t be reached

vladkvaskov.com took too long to respond.
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Please help! Works through mobile Internet but not through Wi-Fi. It’s kind of weird.

Either your Wifi’s DNS resolver still has some previously cached value or your Wifi’s ISP blocks requests to your Cloudflare proxies for some reason.

Considering you are saying it only happens when the domain is proxied, I’d rather go for the latter at this point.

Can you proxy your domain, wait until that has propagated and then run the following commands?

ping vladkvaskov.com
nslookup vladkvaskov.com
ping www.vladkvaskov.com
nslookup www.vladkvaskov.com

This site does not work through Wi-Fi not just for me, but for everyone else too. The weird thing is that all the other sites work.

What do these four links return?

I believe it’s cloudflare’s ip

All four addresses return that?

Here is what I get when I run nslookup using mobile Internet

I see the same results when I open those things over mobile and over Wi-Fi.

That would suggest you can reach the proxies.

But these two links do not work?
