I have had a CNAME configured and working okay for a long time. The CNAME record has always had Proxying ON and was pointing to ourdomain.zendesk.com. However, yesterday the site could not load at all and kept getting the error “Please stand by, while we are checking your browser…”
Here is the error message.
To resolve this we had to turn off Proxy on that particular CNAME record and use DNS Only. Now it loads fine.
I am trying to understand whether this is a Cloud Flare issue or with Zendesk? I am wondering what changed.
