Cloudflare Proxy IPs for my website Flagged as Malicious and blocked by firewall

What is the name of the domain?

.co.in

What is the issue you’re encountering

Dear Cloudflare Support Team, I am writing on behalf of Apollo Pharmacy regarding an issue with our domain drconnect.co.in, which is currently using Cloudflare services. We have observed that Cloudflare proxy IPs associated with this domain are being flagged as malicious by various security systems. This concern has also been brought to our attention by our clients. Before proceeding further, we would like to confirm whether an upgrade to a Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan is required to raise a formal support request and receive assistance in resolving this issue. Kindly advise if our current plan limits support availability for such issues and what steps we need to take to address these false-positive alerts effectively. We appreciate your guidance and look forward to your response at the earliest.

As with any CDN, IP addresses are shared across many domains and it is not possible to change IP addresses within a plan. Changing your plan upwards will mean you use a different set of IP addresses to your current plan, but there’s no guarantee they won’t be shared with a flagged domain, either now or in the future. Any service that blocks based on IP address for a CDN will end up blocking a large number of unrelated sites.

Only the Enterprise plan offers you the (extra paid) option of a dedicated IP address or bringing your own IP address range to Cloudflare. The cost will be significant and you will need to contact Cloudflare sales for a quotation.
