I’m using a proxy on my a record. But the ip address from cloudflare is blacklisted.
How can i change the proxy address?

Cloudflare IPs are shared between sites, and if one is blocked, sometimes your site can get blocked as well. This is down to the ISPs & authorities in your country.

I understand that CF ip address is a shared ip. But the only solution is not to use CF proxy in my DNS anymore?
It is not the fault of mij server of firewall that the CF ip is blacklisted.

No, it’s actually the very situation you explained. The “Access Denied part” is a link for people who mistakenly end up at that tutorial.
