I think it is an interesting thing to see a site that protects sites from the same thing that a site does themselves. I want to talk to the security team to see what they can do

I’ve tried but Cloudflare always says that they can’t do anything about it
I guess that’s it for now. If it’s a legal issue, you would have to pursue it with the authorities where you live.

The strange thing is, that it isn’t a legal thing. It’s a site that Cloudflare protects the site from the same things that the site does to others.
Unfortunately the community cannot help with these issues and if abuse say they can’t do anything about it then there isn’t anything else you can do. Sorry!
