Cloudflare protected websites blocking Netskope IPs

My customer is getting Error 1020 when accessing danmurphys.com.au and bws.com.au. The user traffic is being proxied via Netskope Cloud Proxy.

I have seen some thing similar with another customer when accesisng auth.riotgames.com . Is Cloudflare protected websites blocking Netskope range of Ips under certain circumstances ?
