I specifically switched to the pro plan last December as I need ticket support, I can’t post customer site data to the community. But I can’t create a ticket. I can only see the ‘Post to the community’ button. What am I doing wrong? If Cloudflare has removed the ticket support in the Pro plan, and hidden this information in the subscription information, then it’s a scam!
Hey @fritex I don’t get any errors, I just don’t have the option to create a ticket.
Yes I do it that way, but at the end of all the steps I’m prompted to publish a post to the community instead of creating a ticket. I choose a domain that has a Pro plan.
Hey @fritex Thanks for looking at this. But try in ‘What type of question do you have?’ selecting Technical - Website instead of Account. Will you have the option to create a ticket?
