Cloudflare Pro plan cancelled

On June 10 I upgraded to Pro Plan of which you people ( Cloudflare) charged or billed me $19.33 with an invoice number CFUSA4685795 which is also attached on this email.

Checking this morning I discovered that the subscription has been cancelled…

According to the payment receipt, the Cloudflare Pro Plan is from 06/09/2022 - 07/07/2022.

I have written to Cloudflare Support… They keep replying me with bot…

Hi there,

Upgrade Your Plan
Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard.
Click the appropriate Cloudflare account.
In the top-right corner, select Billing from your account profile.
In the left-hand sidebar, click Subscriptions.
In the Subscriptions table, click Edit on the subscription requiring upgrade.
Choose your new plan type and follow the given instructions.

Email [email protected]. You will get an auto-response and post the ticket number here, and we can escalate it.
