I have main site example.com running and created a new microsite micro.example.com.
Does Cloudflare CDN will cache my microsite as well? Or I need to subscribe another license for that.

I subscribe to Business Plan. Apologies for the mistake
Cloudflare subscriptions are per Zone, so provided you set the DNS record for micro.example.com to 
, all features from your paid plan will be available. If you had a second zone for example.net that would require another subscription.
