Cloudflare preventing login to live wordpress site

After using Cloudflare for 6 weeks with no issue, I suddenly am unable to login to my Wordpress site, and receive a 524 error whenever I try. I called my hosting company, Godaddy, and they claim the problem is that my Cloudflare nameservers are returning an incorrect IP address. They advised me to change the IP address, but I see no way to do that, or to confirm whether their advice is accurate (it frequently isn’t).

My site is live and readers are able to read and even comment on existing content. But I am unable to login to create new content.

Any advice is appreciated.
