Cloudflare -> Plesk -> DNS

I do not have any errors, but Cloudflare does not seem to register any of my website traffic.

My setup:
Cloudflare registered Domain → Hosted on a server running Plesk.

When I set it up, Cloudflare was able to import/sync all the DNS settings from Plesk. Since the domain is registered through Cloudflare, there was no need for me to update the NS records at Cloudflare.

The site has need running for months, but when I view the “Overview” in Cloudflare, the graph shows “0” or “N/A” for each of the stats.

Please advise as to what may be wrong. I am guessing its a dns issue. This is happening to multiple domains I have registered through Cloudflare. But for the domains that I have registered though other providers, the stats show correctly and I am guessing that is because at the registrar I use the Cloudflare Nameservers.

Thanks in advanced.

I’ve seen similar issues when I bypass cloudflare by having records set to :grey: and not :orange:. When not proxied, you’re bypassing cloudflare.

Thanks for that info. Most of my records were bypassed so I have now changed those to be proxies. But now, the entire site is down so I’ll need to work through why that happened. I changed the dns back to its original configuration but that site is still down. I am guessing the DNS could be cached.

I’ll need to debug for a sec. Thanks again

oo, perhaps clear browser cache and/or try incognito mode

OK sites back up. Im going to try changing 1 dns entry at a time (start with the A record first).
