cloudflare site still pending nameserver update even after update to cloudflare dns server at domain registrar after 48 hours. what is the problem?

domain is globalpublishing.com.sg
I am also having problem with .it domain. I check NS records using online services providing DNS lookup services and I can see that the NS has already changed for Cloudflare one. Though in the dashboard it says its still awaiting verification.

However, when I used the https://lookup.icann.org that is linked on the Cloudflare Dashboard it does not provide any results. All it says is:
No registry RDAP server was identified for this domain. Attempting lookup using WHOIS service.
Failed to perform lookup using WHOIS service: TLD_NOT_SUPPORTED
Is Cloudflare using icann.org for DNS lookup? Could that be a reason why my Cloudflare domain is not activated yet or you do not support .it (or .com.sg as in original question) domains at all?
