i forget my Cloudflare password and try to reset but cloudfare dnt send any reset cod to my email

Did you check other folders of email like spam/ promotions. Sometimes, emails get dropped in different folders. Also make sure to whitelist [email protected] and [email protected] to receive emails from CF. For more information, read this doc.
