Cloudflare Pages not hosting folders with "."

I have a static site with no build settings. Simply an index.html as its target. While trying to migrate to Cloudflare pages, I noticed an issue. My verification files are in a folder called “/.well-known” but Cloudflare ignores directories that start with a dot. This is common practice and makes sense, however, I would like to force Cloudflare to host the .well-known folder.
Example:
Here is a working example hosted on Github pages. Since GitHub uses jellykell, I added a _config.yaml for .well-known
https://sethusenthil.com/.well-known/brave-rewards-verification.txt

The Cloudflare pages one is connected to the same repo, so identical code but returns a 404

Hi!

I’m not sure you can force this behavior - we might not allow it due to security reasons but it could be seen as feature request to allow certain paths there for custom domains.
