Cloudflare Pages adding trailing slashes

Hi!

I’ve been using Cloudflare for a long time, excited with the new Cloudflare pages, although I’m experiencing an issue.

Im using Nuxt, locally I go to a page domain.com/page and it works, as does in Cloudflare, both Development builds and production.

When I hit refresh the browser is redirected to domain.com/page/. There are no trailing slash rules or configuration on Nuxt, and this behavior cant be replicated on localhost.
From that point on if I visit the page it adds redirect.

Any ideas how to fix this? Some pages can break when the trailing slash is added.

Thanks
Joao

I upgraded Nuxt which had a related bug, rebuilt the site on Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare is still adding the trailing slashes, even with

router: {
trailingSlash: false,
