Cloudflare page www.sub.domain.com issue

Hello community,

I’m having a hard time figuring out an issue with my domain setup.
We have a Cloudflare page, which is setup with a custom domain with the format sub.domain.com.
It works just fine, but unfortunately many users attempts to access this page using www.sub.domain.com. To make this work, I’ve added the www.sub.domain.com as a custom domain to the Cloudflare page, which setups a new CNAME record for www.sub.
Furthermore, I’ve upgraded the certificate manager to enable Total TLS so we also have a certificate for the two-level sub domain.
The issue is that when you attempt to access https://www.sub.domain.com, you are redirected to https://**www.sub.domain.com/sub.domain.com, which appears to loop forever, thus getting the ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error.

Not sure why this is the case? My CNAME records looks correct. I have

CNAME sub my.pages.dev
CNAME www.sub my.pages.dev

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Do you have any redirects on your origin service?

Wow, that is embarrassing! I did play with some redirect rules, but I thought I had gone through every configuration and disabled or removed them. Turns out, that there was still one redirect rule left.
Thank you! I guess it was a case of someone had to point out the obvious.
