What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
I submitted a case but your staff said no refunds. I don’t understand why, I cancelled my subscription last month and unlinked my domain from cloudflare. I know the amount from August is the amount that has not been paid for my last Pro plan. But the worst part is, I only subscribed 1 domain, when did I subscribe to another 5 Pro plans?
My question is very clear:
- The extra 5 Pro Plans are not subscribed by me
- I only bind one domain name
- I only subscribe to Pro Plan for one domain name
- I have canceled the subscription during August
- Your system charged me the amount on September 11, but your system continues to subscribe to the subscription that I have canceled in August. Then you will charge me for the September subscription again on October 11!
