I have the free Cloudflare tunnel working. I can access my local application from the outside through web browsers on phone or computer. I would like to authenticate my phone to zero trust as a trusted client. I understand that’s possible and I downloaded the Cloudflare one app but when I try to log in to app stops after I enter my team name (cloudflareaccess dot com). I have the free account, is this possible on the free account?
Thanks, Dan
Hi Dan,
Thank you for showing interest in Cloudflare Zero Trust.
I have the free account, is this possible on the free account?
Absolutely. Please check these linked documents.
Thank you.
Thanks, I stuck on the step on the app “Login to Cloudflare Zero Trust”. I get “Invalid Organization Name”. My team name is set up as follows:
Have you created device enrollment permission rules?Set up WARP for your organization · Cloudflare Zero Trust docs
Ok thanks. under “Device Enrollment Permissions” I created a policy for “emails ending in @tokar.me”, which is my email domain, with a one time PIN authentication.
I also went through all the other settings, but did not set anything else except for Default / Allow Device to Leave Organization and Allow Updates, since they seemed nice to have.
Are there any other settings I need to set?
I am confused about the Android clients “Cloudflare One” and “1.1.1.1 with Warp”. What is the difference, if any and which should I be using?
With Cloudflare One, when I enter my Organization Name (Team Name), the app exits without warning.
With 1.1.1.1 / WARP, the app says "Invalid Organization Name.
Thanks,
Dan
I couldn’t get the mobile app to work, and there was no further response, so I tried Tailscale. Much simpler to set up and operate.
Thanks for your help
Dan
