What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I logged into my account, and the domains are still there. I also verified that the NS records are correct.

I am wondering why I received this email from Cloudflare, if it was a system error why I don’t receive the follow-up correction email from cloudflare?

This domain is working and active on Cloudflare.

This domain seems to have expired, which lead to it becoming inactive on Cloudflare. Cloudflare automatically deletes inactive domains after some time, so the message is correct.
