Are you saying that when you go to SSL/TLS → Edge Certificates in the dashboard, that Universal SSL is not showing as Active?
Because when I connect to your site, it’s proxied by Cloudflare with valid SSL:
–> curl -svo /dev/null https://www.
* Trying 172.67.140.233:443...
* Connected to www. ( ) port 443 (#0)
...
* SSL connection using TLSv1.3 / AEAD-CHACHA20-POLY1305-SHA256
* ALPN: server accepted h2
* Server certificate:
* subject: CN=*.DOMAIN.net
* start date: Oct 23 10:27:29 2022 GMT
* expire date: Jan 21 10:27:28 2023 GMT
* subjectAltName: host "www.DOMAIN.net" matched cert's "*.DOMAIN.net"
* issuer: C=US; O=Let's Encrypt; CN=E1
* SSL certificate verify ok.

Cloudflare uses Let’s Encrypt (and Google) for certificates. Those “Cloudflare” certificates come from Digicert, which Cloudflare is phasing out.
