Cloudflare not detecting nameservers changes

Hello, I changed nameservers before 48 hours. Cloudflare whois tool not working for my site, but I checked from the following tool and confirms the ns change: https://dnschecker.org/ns-lookup.php?query=www.eazy.gr

Can you please advise what is going on and the cloudflare cannot detect the changes?

Name Server changes have to be done at your domain registrar, not through DNS records. The .gr registry shows it’s still using your old name servers.
