Cloudflare not connecting to nearest location

Hi, i’m internet user in Mongolia, when i visit to Cloudflare websites, it’s connecting to “Hong Kong”
But, here in Ulaanbaatar, Cloudflare still operational and not using, connecting to it

here is collected “cgi-bin/trace” data from random Cloudflare site:
