Cloudflare Not Building From Latest Commits

My Cloudflare pages is no longer building from the latest commits in my GitHub repo.
It is currently two commits behind and I can’t get it to unstick itself from that…

I checked in GitHub that the commit was pushed successfully to GitHub
I checked in GitHub that Cloudflare still has access in the Integrations settings
I tried ‘Retry Deployment’ but it still used the commit from two days ago
The repo has not undergone any changes to ownership

GitHub appear to be having general delays with webhooks right now, causing issues with Pages builds. Hopefully they resolve the issue soon.
