Cloudflare not block bot request

Hello,

I test my site from postman, my site open normal, this mean anyone can scraping site, cloudflare allow request,
When I try test some other not mine site via postman, I get this cloudflare message: Attention Required! | Cloudflare, cloudflare detect bot request and blocking at start,

In section Definitely automated I have Block
Can you please help?

Could you please share with us your domain?

Do you have Like Automated as Allow? Cloudflare does not always consider a request from Postman as a Definitely Automated request. There are several other factors evaluated in the background to determine if a request was automated or not.
