Cloudflare not active - nameservers already exist

Hello,

We moved our domain to a new hosting site.
Since then, Cloudflare deleted our site and I recovered the settings etc. But it says it is not yet active.

#### Log in to your registrar account
Determine your registrar via [WHOIS](https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=).

When I check for my site, it returns an error: Failed to perform lookup using WHOIS service: TLD_NOT_SUPPORTED.

When I try to add the Cloudflare nameservers to the new hosting site, it says that they already exist.
So I am not sure what it can be done now to make the site active

Can anyone help? I don’t have much experience with Cloudflare and DNS.
Thank you

Greetings,

Thank you for asking.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your domain/website while using Cloudflare.

May I ask you to post and share your domain name in bracketed dot [.] notation here with us so we could double-check, troubleshoot and provide some feedback information?

The nameservers need to be changed at your registrar to the pair provided by Cloudflare. Currently they point to:

Hostname: ns1.simply.com
Hostname: ns2.simply.com
Hostname: ns3.simply.com
Hostname: ns4.simply.com

Edit to add,

registrar

is likely not your hosting site.
