Cloudflare nameservers and one com

My registrar is one.com.Tryed to switch to Cloudflare nameservers chance.ns and lucy.ns
Got today an email from one com that the change was not accepted because clouflare nameservers are not properly set up. And in their dns-panel are the nameservers switched back to the one com ones.
Asked their support and they directed back to Cloudflare as one com are not able to connect to the Cloudflare nameservers.

Those Cloudflare nameservers mentonied above was added with full addresses, ie lucy dot ns dot Cloudflare dot com. They are cut above becuause this forum not “allow links”…

That’s not very specific. Did they offer any more details?

Works for me.

No.

not properly set up

This was the answer i got from their support:

You need to check with Cloudflare for further checking if the NS details are working/active as its not able to connect to their Name Servers.

Clearly, the name servers are working.

However, if they are expecting your domain to resolve here before it’s active, that’s not going to work.
