Cloudflare name servers updated in my domain registrar but still approval and still pending

Hello Community,
I added a new site in the Cloudflare almost a couple days back and updated the Cloudflare name servers in the domain registrar but the site approval is still pending.

here is the domain - https://devs.lk
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/devs.lk

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

You have not removed one of your previous nameservers:

devs.lk.                86400   IN      NS      lila.ns.cloudflare.com.
devs.lk.                86400   IN      NS      dns2.webserverlive.com.
devs.lk.                86400   IN      NS      khalid.ns.cloudflare.com.

You need to remove dns2.webserverlive.com..

but there is nothing like that, I also have checked it out myself.

That’s something you’ll have to contact your registrar about, because that 3rd entry is still shown by the registry.
