Cloudflare multiple accounts management

What is the name of the domain?

Example.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

We are an agency with hundreds of customers. Customers have their own Cloudflare accounts and need to invite us to manage their website’s CDN.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I don’t want to ask the customer to invite multiple accounts for our team members, as this would not allow us to have control over the accounts.

What options do we have?

Ideally we should have a company account that can be accessed with SSO using our Microsoft Entra ID. This account would be called something like [email protected].

So that customers would need to invite only [email protected] and we would be able to configure the granular account of our members with Microsoft Entra ID.

We did some initial investigation and seems that this type of configuration is not possibile.

What’s the best way to go?
I would like to avoid having a single account shared through a password manager.
Also I want to avoid asking customers to invite our team members one by one.

Hi there,

If you request them to invite that same email as a super administrator, then, logged in with the super administrator account, you’d be able to invite the remaining users needed from your firm.

Alternatively, you can create an API token and use it to create your own “dashboard” that relies on that API token, this way, you could have your own authentication and all the users on your end would be using the same token at your custom dashboard.
Every action you can do at Cloudflare dashboard, you can also perform through the API.

Take care.
