Cloudflare keep deleting our images - how to debug?

Hello community

We are using Cloudflare images services, for a couple of websites and on one of our websites the images are keep getting deleted without us having an option to delete the image at all in our customized CMS.

Does anyone facing same issue, and if yes, how to fix and how to debug to see why our images keep getting deleted?
