Cloudflare & Kajabi - Custom Domain Taken Elsewhere

I used to use a custom domain for Clickfunnels.

Now I’m trying to connect it to Kajabi but I receive an error message in Kajabi that says “Your custom domain is already taken elsewhere.”

I removed the domain from Clickfunnels.

I followed the Kajabi instructions.

I have no idea where I’m going wrong - completely tech unsavvy! Hope someone can help me.


Unfortunately, this has come up before and quite often there’s nothing you can do at your end to clear up an account conflict. You’ll have to open a Support ticket and ask them to release your domain from the old setup.

If you receive an automatic response that does not help resolve your issue, reply and indicate that you still require assistance. And, please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.
