Cloudflare just overwrite my account

What is the name of the domain?

no idea

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cloudlfare just overwrite my account and i cant login in my previous account

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

No idea how to get it resolve

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I have a Cloudflare account associated with this email. When I tried to log in, I received an “incorrect password” message, so I attempted to reset the password. However, I didn’t receive any password reset email. I then tried logging in using Google and successfully accessed the account, but it appeared to be empty with no previous configurations or data.

I reached out to Cloudflare support, and they did not responded within three days.

Maybe you’ve misstyped your email address when you registered your CF account?
Did you verified your CF account as well, or rather not?
Did you followed the steps from below article?

Just to ask to confirm, your Community email was used for your CF account as well, or was some different? Do not reply back with what’s your email address, just to confirm this if it’s the identical or different.

May I ask you to share your account ticket numbere here with us?

My ticket number is 01265560

Interestingly, I am still receiving web analytics from my previous account on the same email. The email address is the same, but the account IDs are different.

Thank you for feedback and sharing your ticket number.

Just to ask one more question, you were not added as a “sub-account” or a member of your 1st CF account, correct?

See below article on what I am referring to:

It show the role as Superadmin and only one account is shown

 I am not sure what that means, an account can only have one email.

I see the domain was deleted from the account you are using here without ever being active in the account, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/audit-log

And there is history with the domain that was deleted, you can see that here if you create a free account, https://securitytrails.com/. That public history will show the domain became active on cloudflare a bit over a year ago with different nameservers from what are assigned in your account

razvan.ns.cloudflare.com
rose.ns.cloudflare.com

The pair assigned to your account when you added the site a few days ago are

cris.ns.cloudflare.com
mckinley.ns.cloudflare.com

This indicates the domain is active in a different account (which means it would have a different email) and became active a bit over a year ago.

yes that part is really confusing because that domain is active at my account in same email. I have email invoice and log to prove my account and they are on my email. both account are registered to same email. The account ID for previous account is different than this. I think cloudflare mess up their auth service somehow.

If the nameservers shown at the bottom of this page are not razvan & rose it means more than one account is involved, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns

Is that your ticket 01265560 opened two days ago you are referencing or is there one from 3 days ago we should look for?

Can you share the name o fa domain in that account and perhaps the last 3 numbers of the account ID?

That certainly sounds like 2 different accounts → previous account

If that were the case, we’d see thousands of similar reports.

I have seen a similar report here let me give me a link
https://community.cloudflare.com/t/cloudflare-account-got-hacked/732082/3

that person is in the same situation as me. Like that exactly happened with me.

May seem the same, but the root cause on the other topic is very different.

I have asked my colleagues in Support to assist you on your ticket and they will reach out with next steps.
