Cannot access website to change from flexible to stict.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Issues seems to appear when using cloudflare proxy. I have check my entries and have an a record

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

No

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Full (strict)

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

when ever i disable and enable proxied dns.

I have a A record with my domain “xxxx.co.uk” and ip. I Then a cname with www and then “xxxx.co.uk”. Problem is i cannot investigate further to unable to access the web SSL certificate section.

Hi there,

When using Full (Strict) you’ll need to have a valid certificate configured on your origin web server.
Is that the case?

If needed you can use an Origin CA certificate on your server:

Alternatively, you can use the Flexible mode until you have configured the certificate at your origin.

I can no longer access the ssl panel on cloudflare. I keep getting an internal error with cloudflare.
