website is not opening due to cloudflare issue, but not always. On rare cases.

I have multiple gmail profiles and I try to open my website from different profiles. On some profiles, it says that there’s an issue with cloudflare. I want to know how to resolve this issue.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Used a different browser.

I think maybe it’s a cache issue. But I want to know the real issue.

In addition to clearing cache, trying turning off any VPN and apply proper DNS settings.
