Cloudflare Isn't Caching PNG Image

#1

I setup page rules to cache the png image but Cloudflare still hasn’t cached it. The file is a png which is able to be cached by Cloudflare. The file is also under 512MB (in this case the file is only 184MB). The file is located at http://example64.tk/image-test.png. What can I do to get it to cache? I keep getting CF-Cache-Status: MISS

We cache png files by default, no special page rules should be necessary.

That url results in a 404 response when I try it.
