Cloudflare is the DNS for our Domain, but we cannot access

Our domain was set up a number of years ago, and the company who set it up closed down.
We have discovered that Cloudflare is the DNS for our domain, with TPP Wholesale as the Registrar.
We want to try and regain access to our domain so we can set up emails etc

Problem still persisting?

So you have no access to corresponding Cloudflare account. You sure they didn’t give you the access to the account. No leftover communication ways to the company?

(Who) do you pay (someone) for the Domain renewal, if the registrar, you can change the NS Records to a new Cloudflare account. Otherwise if Cloudflare nor the registrar can reset the account, i’ll guess you have to wait until the domain expires to the renew it with a new account.
