What is the issue you’re encountering

Cloudflare blocks me

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried allowlisting my IP and researching rules creation to ensure the proper execution of the rule. Unsure if implemented properly or why after months I’m suddenly being blocked.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I am logged into Wordpress and able to navigate the site, but as soon as I hit update to complete a change, a Cloudflare window appears to say I’m blocked.

In your Cloudflare dashboard, you should be able to go to Security → Events, create a filter by Ray ID, paste in that ID, and get the log entry, which will tell you why the request was blocked.

Sometimes RayIDs won’t show up, but you can also try filtering with your IP address that’s provided by clicking the link in the block screen.
