We had a pro plan and we had to cancel it since WAF was causing the issues to PHP ajax
First, they say how we need to set up our WAF rules and they give a copy past answers without taking a look at the issue. Mounts, after they admit that it was their system mistake.
Now we have issues when the user is accepting cookies and they are blocking them. All because we have a Cloudflare SSL certificate. Again useless compy paste support that is telling us that we need to pay Busines plan to upload different SSL that is not Cloudflare.
They keep their customer as hostages of their terrible support and they don’t care about anything else except you paying their subscription.
But hey if their platform is causing damage to your business this is a self-managed service.
