Cloudflare is not tolerant of mistakes

I accidentally clicked the wrong button and paid for the business plan annually ($2,400).
I requested a refund, but instead of a refund, Cloudflare offered a credit. I only use Cloudflare to register my website domain, and I don’t need any other features.
$2400 is a lot of money for me as a student, and it’s very unfair to force me to use Cloudflare’s features when I don’t.
Other people are giving refunds, but I am not.
Cloudflare is very unfair.

It is important to emphasize that according to the Cloudflare Self-Serve Subscription Agreement, only credits are applicable for this kind of scenarios:

4.3 No Refunds

FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. YOU WILL BE BILLED IN FULL FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM IN WHICH YOU CANCEL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE UNUSED PORTION OF SUCH SUBSCRIPTION TERM. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the Paid Services through the end of your current Subscription Term. We may, in our sole discretion, provide a refund, discount, or credit (“Credits”) to you in a specific instance, however the provision of Credits in a specific instance does not entitle you to Credits in the future for similar instances or obligate us to provide additional Credits.

I only received a reply offering credit.

I am very disappointed with Cloudflare. I think it’s unfair.

I’m not going to use Cloudflare, so I don’t understand why I should get credit.
I don’t even know how to use Cloudflare.

Other cases received refunds, so why can’t I get a refund?

I will continue to raise Cloudflare’s unfairness until I receive a refund !!!
