Cloudflare is not showing accurate visitors and failing at blocking spam/bot visits

Bot visitors on Big Commerce Campaigns

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I bought pro plan and activated bot protection but it says 0 bots blocked.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

There are no specific steps rather I will attach screenshots which will prove that Cloudflare is failing at filtering traffic.

BigCommerce uses Cloudflare, so if your DNS is using A/AAAA records to point to them, requests are going direct to their Cloudflare account and not through yours so your settings don’t have any effect. That’s probably why your Cloudflare account shows almost no visitors.
