My internal work platform is being constantly blocked by cloudflare, every 60 sessions or so, which means anything I am working on gets lost unless I turn off my wifi and use personal hotspot from my phone.
How can I fix this issue or get rid of cloudflare altogether?

If the admin sets up an IP access rule to allow that IP you should be good to go. Details here,
