Cant access domain as registered to an old expired email address that cant be reactivated. Won’t give me my domain back and holding domain hostage by various staff members, especially ‘Christine’ from support. Won’t give me a contact number to fix the issue, wants to charge $2000 for a yearly subscription just to get support. Ignoring all my requests for update. Been told it has been escalated nemerous times, they said it was transferred from their salesforce system to a new ticket system. Going around in circles. Cloudflare are criminals.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Lodged at least 10 support requests. Called the call center numerous times. Last email recieved stated:
“I Will raise an internal ticket to change the email address for the domain”, which was on the 16th December. No reply since then, completely ignored, asked for status updated, no update given. Created 5 more support tickets due to no response, got a reply that they were all merged with the original request (01305441) and then no reply once again. This is disgusting service. Wont give me details to department/ombudsman who is responsible for overseeing their practises. This company needs to be investigated
Registrar issues require a Registrar ticket with Support
Transfer a domain between accounts / access domain name as locked out due to old/expired email address that is no longer accessable. Since 2021 had this issue. I am the owner of said domain.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
N/A, have tried to add to this email address, staff wont complete transfer, email states deleted from Cloudflare account/zone, is transferred to Cloudflare registrar

I would really appreciate that. This Christine person needs to be sacked, just saying. They have no skills to support anyone. Whoever picks this up needs to read request #2186848 as well as they seem to overlook this even though I have provided it to her on numerous times. It is in the old ticket system supposedly; this has been ongoing since 2021 and I’m not taking this any longer its a joke of a service. They should really reimburse me or credit me 3/4 years of re-registration to be honest for the inconvenience and lack of support, it would be only fair due to the way I have been treated.
Can you please follow up what is going on with this again? The agent Christine reached out again on the 8th of Januaey and once again, nothing has been done. Like I told her, the email address was setup to an unrecoverable tuta.io account that lapsed and cant be restored. Once again there has been no progress since I replied to her. Is she a real person or an AI robot? I suspect the latter…
