Cloudflare is blocking me on different websites

What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

it shows me a loading that never ends

What is the error message?

i only see the first cloudflare screen and it never stops loading

i cant login to different websites using chrome

i tried reloading, deleting cookies and content

gitlab.com and a2hosting.com
both in the login
it seems to work when opening a incognito window.

but i need a permanent fix
