This will challenge all requests with an interstitial page. Automated traffic will be interrupted while this setting is active. It is meant as a temporary solution to stop an overwhelming attack. Once you have enabled more specific custom rules, you can then disable Under Attack Mode.
If the attack is targeting a specific page, like a login, you can use a configuration rule to selectively enable UAM. You can read how to do that in the following guide.
